Photographer produces year-long exposure of Toronto skyline

Year long pinhole photo of Toronto On January 1st 2011 Michael Chrisman placed a pinhole camera in Toronto’s Port Lands and pointed it at the city’s skyline. He left the camera there until New Year’s Day 2012 and created a year-long exposure on photosensitive paper. While most photos are taken in a fraction of a second, Chrisman’s pinhole photo took approximately 31,536,000 seconds! That’s one long exposure and the results are beautiful and dreamy.
