Hi there, I've put together my own website in Frontpage and would love some critique. I am by no means a professional web designer and it shows! But any tips and/or advise on what I could change or do different would be appreciated. This site will have to do me until I can afford to have one done professionally.
Also, I was trying to do my galleries in Photoshop, but not sure if I can use them with Frontpage and how I would edit the pages to add a home link, etc. Does anyone know?

Hi Christine.
I think your website is a great start. If you did that on your own, then you have done well. As time goes on you will learn more and just keep improving. I had mine done by a friend in the business as I did not have the guts to try it myself. Now it needs re-doing and again I need money for that.
I like the way you do your collages. My only comment other wise is try using a kicker-light on you studio subjects. Some of the baby shots are lit from the front, but fade off into the black background. If you had a second light above and behind, then you would get a edge or rim highlight the you may find pleasing.
Only a suggestion if you want to try it.
Good luck.
Longlens.

Thanks for the suggestion! I have only two lights, aside from the flash I can use on my camera. I will definitely give your suggestion a try.
Images are very good. I use the same program - I do see others that are made commercially that are better but then I have the controls.
You definitely have the eye for you work. Keep it up.
Hi Christee,
Love ur site!
Curious to know, what software you use, to make your collages. And how to you send out you collages for prints?

your website doesn't say where you are from.
It's great, the images seem a little dark on my screen, but that could be my screen. Remember as you do more images, to edit down to your very best (I really like what you have done with the collages!)
I don't know how to put a photoshop web gallery into frontpage, but try to photoshop help to see if it says in there. Then let us know....

Thanks for the feedback!
I use Photoshop for the collages. I've checked with a few different places to see what size they print and then make the collages accordingly.
I figured out how to use the photoshop galleries in frontpage. You just open up the gallery you've made in frontpage - no problem. From there you can edit the colours, text, etc.
Thank for the tip christee, im going to check that out.
i love collages! maybe you can give me some collage tips?!
